Every week (or so) we will post a trivia question here on our blog for our fellow AK'ers to answer. After the giveaway's duration, we will announce the winner on our YouTube show, AK Blade, and/or here on our blog.
Here's the best part, sometimes the trivia questions will involve real life prizes such as this week. A winner will be chosen from the correct answers posted. They added the bones of animals and ancestors, unknowingly creating basic forms of steels.
To strengthen thier swords, Smith’s used the bones of theirs dead ancestors and animals, hoping to transfer the spirits into thier blades. (What they didn’t know was the carbon from the bones can penetrate up to 3 millimeters deep in ty o bog iron,enough to significantly strengthen thier swords)

By adding the bones of animals and their diseased for religious beliefs, they unknowingly created a rudimentary form of steel. 😮
I believe they added carbon to the iron thus making it an early form of steel.
